Both parties have been cohabiting since   year   month   day, and during the cohabitation period, they have given birth to a son  , now   years old. Now, both parties have decided to dissolve the cohabitation relationship and have reached the following agreement:

One, both parties hereby terminate the cohabitation relationship as of today, and the female party shall move out of the male party's residence within thirty days after the signing of this agreement, namely, the   house in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.

Two, the child   shall be under the custody of the female party and live with her; the male party shall pay the child support to the female party monthly in the amount of   yuan until the child reaches   22 years of age; the male party shall be entitled to visit the child once every two weeks, for one day each time, i.e., picking up the child on Friday evening of every alternate week and returning the child on Friday evening.

Three, during the cohabitation period of the two parties, only a small amount of joint property of the couple was generated, all of which are household appliances. The female party agrees that they all belong to the male party. The rest of the property under each party's name belongs to each party.

Four, the male party agrees to pay the female party a one-time economic compensation of   yuan within ten days after the termination of the cohabitation relationship and the female party's relocation from the male party's residence. Both parties confirm that the other party is a fully capable civil subject, and both parties promise that they have a very clear understanding of the terms and meanings of this agreement and are willing to fully perform this agreement, without any coercion, fraud, or misunderstanding.

After the signing and performance of this Agreement, there shall be no other disputes between the parties.

This Agreement is in two copies, effective as of the date of signing, with each party holding one copy, which shall have equal legal effect.
