The male and female parties now decide to cohabit and have reached the following agreement on relevant matters during the cohabitation period:

1. During the cohabitation period, the parties will reside together in the house registered in the name of the male party, namely,                         in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.

2. During the cohabitation period, the property in the name of each party shall belong to each party respectively.

3. The parties will establish a joint bank account (     Bank, Card Number          ), and both parties will deposit cash regularly in the ratio of    % for the male party and    % for the female party, and use the money in the joint account to pay for common living expenses.

4. If the parties need to purchase larger properties together (such as household appliances, etc.), the male party will contribute    % and the female party will contribute   % individually to purchase together, but the purchased property shall be jointly owned by both parties.

5. During the cohabitation period, any property purchased or generated by one party individually (such as houses, cars, company shares, personal items, etc.) shall be the personal property of the purchaser.

6. During the cohabitation period, both parties shall fulfill the obligation of mutual assistance.

7. Both parties confirm that the other party is a fully capable civil person, and both parties undertake that they are fully aware of the terms and meanings of this agreement and are willing to fully perform this agreement without any coercion, fraud, or misunderstanding.

8. This agreement is in two copies, effective from the date of signing, with each party holding one copy, which shall have equal legal effect.
