The execution of a will refers to the necessary actions and procedures taken after the will takes effect to implement the various contents stipulated in the will. The execution of a will commences from the date of the testator's death. The process generally involves: displaying the will and announcing its contents to relevant personnel; compiling an inventory of the estate and announcing it; and, in the absence of any objections from the parties, disposing of the estate in accordance with the requirements of the will.
