Now, due to the breakdown of their feelings and the impossibility of reconciliation, both parties agree to a divorce by mutual consent. One: Regarding Divorce

1. The Male and Female Parties, after equal consultation, voluntarily terminate the marital relationship and voluntarily sign this agreement.

2. At the time of signing this agreement, both parties clearly understand the rights and obligations of the agreement and voluntarily accept the constraints of the agreement's content.

3. At the time of signing this agreement, both parties are without mental or intellectual disabilities, and their expressions of will are real, legal, and effective. There are no acts of coercion, threat, or other illegal behaviors and situations.

Two: Regarding Child Custody

1. 4. If the female party fails to pay the child support as agreed, the male party has the right to refuse the female party's visit to the son.

Three: Regarding Property Division

1. 5. Four: Regarding Liabilities and Debts

1. During the marriage, both parties jointly confirm that the external claims they enjoy shall belong to each party, and the rights shall be claimed by each party independently. The other party shall not have any objections and shall not claim rights. The risk of non-realization of the claim shall be borne by each party independently, and no responsibility shall bePursue against the other party due to the non-realization of the claim.

2. Both parties jointly confirm that there are no joint debts. The scope of joint debts of the couple shall be based on the confirmation of this agreement, and any debt not included in this agreement shall not be considered as joint debts. Both parties undertake to repay individually. If creditors claim rights, the debt-bearing party shall be responsible for repayment independently.

Five: Breach of Contract Liability

After the signing of this agreement, both parties shall strictly fulfill their obligations in accordance with the agreement. Six: Dispute Resolution
