From September 8th to September 10th, 2021, the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team was invited to conduct three sessions of legal education on the Family and Matrimonial Chapter of the Civil Code. The lectures provided interpretations and analyses of various issues in the Family and Matrimonial Chapter of the Civil Code that are highly concerned by society and have significant practical implications. The lectures were hosted by Ms. Tang Yunhong, the Director Lawyer of the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team, with Ms. Sui Yueran and Ms. Yuan Ruqing, lawyers from the Daohua Law Firm, participating in the lectures.

Given the particularity of women in society and the family, the challenges they face in life are often more diverse. The Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team's lecture focused on protecting the rights and interests of women in marriage and family matters, providing participants with legal knowledge essential for managing a household. The aim was to enhance women's life skills and legal修养, enabling them to independently handle issues in both life and marriage.

This lecture was divided into three sessions, each lasting about an hour. In this series of legal education lectures on marriage and family, the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team provided detailed explanations on various aspects, including but not limited to pre-marital preparation, such as signing pre-marital property agreements and separating pre-marital equity and debt; handling special marital issues after marriage; and how to seek the greatest benefits in divorce litigation. Ms. Tang not only delved into the legal interests protected by each article of the Family Chapter of the Civil Code but also conducted detailed analyses based on specific cases in practice, offering personal insights and providing unique perspectives for the participating women from the perspective of legal defense in court, broadening their horizons and bringing new insights.

This lecture involved a large amount of information, covered a wide range, and lasted for a long time. However, with its profound theoretical reserves in marriage law and rich judicial experience, the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team promoted the further integration of theory and practice, striving to ensure that every participant could understand and apply the knowledge learned. Participants expressed that the lecture was highly beneficial and provided a rich harvest. This special lecture was a complete success!
