How the Civil Code Protects Women in Marriage and Family?

From September 8th to September 10th, 2021, the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team was invited to conduct three sessions of legal education on the "Marriage and Family" chapter of the Civil Code, interpreting and analyzing various issues of high social concern and practical significance in the "Marriage and Family" chapter of the Civil Code. The lectures were hosted by the Director Lawyer Tang Yunhong of the Daohua Family Law and Matrimonial Lawyers Team, with Lawyer Sui Yueran and Lawyer Yuan Ruqing from the Daohua Law Firm participating in the lectures.

Based on the particularity in all aspects of society and family, the challenges faced by women in life are often more diverse. This time, the Dao Hua Marriage and Family Law Firm's lecture began with the protection of women's rights in marriage and family matters, popularized the necessary legal knowledge for women to manage the household, with the aim of enhancing women's life skills and legalcultivation, enabling them to independently handle problems in both life and marriage.

This lecture is divided into three sessions, each lasting about an hour. Tang Lawyer not only deeply explored the legal interests protected by each article of the "Civil Code" Marriage Chapter, but also conducted detailed analyses based on specific cases in practice, and put forward personal unique insights. From the perspective of lawyers' courtroom defense, he provided unique ideas for the participating women, broadened everyone's horizons, and brought new inspirations.
